From 2015 to 2019, The Output of Ferrite Permanent Magnetic Declined


Materials that can react to magnetic fields in some way are called magnetic materials. According to the magnetic strength of substances in the external magnetic field, they can be divided into diamagnetic substances, paramagnetic substances, ferromagnetic substances, antiferromagnetic substances and ferromagnetic substances. 


Ferrite magnetic materials are an important branch of magnetic materials. From 2015 to 2019, the output of ferrite permanent magnetic materials and soft magnetic materials in China showed a relatively fluctuating trend. In 2019, the output of ferrite permanent magnet materials in China was 528100 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 3. 17%; The output of ferrite soft magnetic materials was 260000 tons, which remained stable compared with 2018. 


According to statistics, there are more than 340 ferrite permanent magnet material production enterprises in China, of which about 45% are enterprises with an annual production capacity of fewer than 1000 tons, about 25% are enterprises with an annual production capacity of 1000-3000 tons, about 21% are enterprises with an annual production capacity of 3000-5000 tons, and only a few enterprises with an annual production capacity of more than 10000 tons, accounting for about 9%. 


Nationwide, with the continuous introduction of national environmental protection policies in recent years, the industry is facing a reshuffle. A large number of small enterprises withdraw because of unqualified environmental protection requirements. It is expected that the production capacity will be concentrated in the hands of several large enterprises in the future, and the industry concentration will continue to improve.
